The STV Children’s Appeal launched Boost small grants programme’ in partnership with the The Corra Foundation on 30th April. Boost 2024 funding is for organisations supporting children and families in their local communities.
The Boost Fund opened to applications from community groups supporting children and families affected by poverty in Scotland. Grants of up to £3000 are available to constituted groups and charities with an annual income of less than £50,000. This year, it’s also open to unconstituted groups who can apply for a grant of between £250-£1500.
Boost is designed to work for communities with a short application form, quick turnaround time on decision, and light touch reporting for grant holders. Hear what previous grant holders say about the fund and the application process: a special thanks to Urban Community Project for sharing their thoughts on the Boost fund in the videos.
