The Big Scottish Breakfast is back this September!
The Big Scottish Breakfast is back for the whole month of September!
We’re inviting you, your friends, families, colleagues and classmates to come together and host a breakfast event to raise money for our campaign to support Breakfast Clubs across Scotland.
Whether you’re in Edinburgh, Orkney, or anywhere in between, all we ask is that you bring your community together to share a meal and donate what they can to help children and families access essential support.
Host your breakfast any day throughout September — it’s simple, meaningful, and a great way to make a difference together.

We want to see all your Big Scottish Breakfasts! Our hashtag is #BigScottishBreakfast2026 – make sure you use it in all your lovely pictures and videos as we will be reposting the best ones. You can tag us @STVAppeal on Twitter and @stvchildrensappeal on Instagram.
Where does my money go?
By taking part in the Big Scottish Breakfast you will help tackle child hunger, as all the money you raise will help us support projects that provide free breakfast for children and young people at risk of hunger across Scotland. Every penny from your event will set children up for a better day by fostering an inclusive environment where breakfast is readily available for those that need it.
