Kilmac take on the 10xChallenge

Civil engineering contractor Kilmac is the latest company to sign up to the STV Children’s Appeal 10xChallenge. The Dundee-based firm has rallied its troops to take part in a range of challenges around the number ten including running and cycling 10 kilometres, completing 10,000 steps, and a less energic but tasty bake sale.

All funds raised during the 10-day challenge will be used to tackle child poverty.

Lauren Pratt of Kilmac’s HR and Marketing team said: “Kilmac do a lot for the local community and with the 10 year anniversary for STV Children’s Appeal, we thought it would be a great time to be involved.

“Not only will the fundraising get our employees involved but I am a huge advocate in keeping our employees motivated and fit so both the physical and mental health rewards are combined.”
