Beatson’s Building Supplies has partnered with STV Children’s Appeal to help tackle child poverty.
Beatson’s colleagues and customers got behind the STV Children’s Appeal in 2021 with a whole host of activities to raise money whilst having plenty of fun along the way! Their amazing efforts over the last two years has raised over £48,000 to help children and young people living in poverty in Scotland.
We’re thrilled to have their support again in 2023. They’ve got lots of exciting things planned to raise money – including donating 20p from every fire alarm sold and 50p from every bulk bag of gardening supplies purchased.
Beatson’s Director Scott Gibson explains:
“At Beatson’s, we are always trying to give back to our local community. We have decided to partner with the STV Children’s Appeal again this year.”
“The Appeal fund a wide range of worthy charities and community groups from our local area, with 100% of money donated going directly to the charity. They are all great causes and we have seen first-hand how the money makes a difference.”
