We’ve joined forced with the National Emergencies Trust (NET), the organisation who distributes money to those in need following a domestic disaster, so that we can raise as much awareness as possible and reach more people. All money raised through this partnership will help a child or young person in Scotland.

Lord Dannatt, Chairman of the National Emergencies Trust, said: “This is a superb initiative by STV Children’s Appeal and I know the people of Scotland will respond in the spirit of generosity and the desire to help each other. We have seen an wonderful spirit of generosity at this difficult time – not just generosity in terms of money, but also people giving up their time to help one another. This appeal will allow more people to do that and get us through these challenging times.”
